I've worked as a consulting psychiatrist in hospitals, have completed thousands of client hours, continuing education, and supervision as a therapist, and I've served as medical director of the outpatient arm of an eating disorders treatment center. I'm a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP.)

meet Dr Kuhns:​
Dr. Kuhns offers expert medication management with a holistic touch, as well as offering psychotherapy. She believes strongly in the healing power of human connection. She has over a decade of clinical and research experience in the field of eating disorders. She practices from a Health at Every Size perspective, and is committed to providing respectful care to members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a practicing Christian, she also provides a safe space for many clients to discuss their spiritual life in the setting of their mental health care.
She has completed substantial training in Somatic ExperiencingTM , and often incorporates elements of somatic work into the treatment space. ​
